Challenge: Design a real-time LED wall graphics system for the AFC Asian Cup Final Draw event in Dubai, where the key challenge was to instantly display the draw results live on the LED wall as teams were selected, while dynamically updating group allocations and match pairings in front of a live audience and broadcast cameras — with no room for delay or visual inconsistency.
Solution: Developed a responsive, real-time graphics package tailored for the LED wall’s dimensions and event staging. The system was built to instantly reflect each draw result as it happened, updating team placements within their respective groups in a clean, legible, and high-contrast layout optimized for both the in-venue audience and television viewers. Special care was taken to manage seamless transitions, animations, and live data triggers, ensuring a flawless, immediate display of results and match pairings during the high-pressure, globally televised event.
