Challenge: Develop an election coverage concept for NAB, working within an existing Unreal Engine VSAR virtual set environment and reskin and enhance the existing blueprints with a fresh, high-impact visual design while preserving the original functionality and system behavior for real-time election data updates, results displays, and scenario transitions.
Solution: Collaborated closely with Chyron technical team to audit the existing VSAR blueprints and real-time election logic. Created a new, modern visual identity applied across all graphics assets, screens, and virtual elements, while preserving the original data connections and control logic. Carefully updated motion graphics, transitions, and color schemes to elevate the on-air look without disrupting the proven real-time operational workflow. The result was a fully refreshed, visually compelling election coverage package built on a reliable, battle-tested Unreal VSAR blueprint.
